All orders will leave the factory within 3-5 business days after receipt of order and settlement of all details. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping time is typically 3-5 days and is free within the continental United States.

Customer is responsible for any additional ship costs associated with overnight or expedited shipping methods.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or restricted locations as determined by carrier.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any and all costs including customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears delayed, please check the tracking details for updates. If your order is not delivered within 10 business days of the estimated arrival date, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged areas. Our team will be involved in having your item repaired or replaced.
