Return & Refund Policy

Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
 
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.
 
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Items without original packaging or accessories

 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. In those cases we will provide a prepaid return label.
 
Restocking Fees
Most returns do not incur a restocking fee. However, items returned with missing packaging or accessories may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent.
 
Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit based on your preference. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
 
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier unless a prepaid label is provided.
  4. Keep the tracking number for your return.
